ULROME, a township-chapelry in Skipsea parish, E. R. Yorkshire; on the coast, 5 miles SE of Burton-Agnes r. station, and 6¾ N by W of Hornsea. Post town, Lissett, under Hull.

Acres, 1,651; of which 131 are water. Real property, £2,403. Pop., 212. Houses, 46. The property is subdivided.

The living is a vicarage in the diocese of York. Value, £97. Patron, the Rev. G. Bateman. The church is old but good.
