Broadheath Ecclesiastical Parish in the county of Worcestershire was created in 1910 from Hallow Ecclesiastical Parish, Worcester St John the Baptist Bedwardine Ancient Parish, and Wichenford Ancient Parish. Broadheath Ecclesiastical Parish was situated in West Worcester Rural Deanery (1910-21), Outer Worcester Rural Deanery (1921-26), Martley Rural Deanery (1926-73) and Martley and Worcester West Rural Deanery (1974-).

Broadheath Civil Parish was created in 1952 from Cotheridge Ancient Parish, North Hallow Civil Parish, and Worcester St John Bedwardine County Civil Parish. Broadheath Civil Parish was situated in Martley Rural District.
