Milland Hampshire Family History Guide
Milland was an extra-parochial place until 1858. In 1858 it became a civil parish until 1902. In 1889 and 1894 Milland was reduced in size to enlarge the civil parish of Chilcomb Without or as it is locally called Upper Chilcomb or Chilcomb. On the 26 Mar 1902 Milland was abolished to create Winchester Civil Parish.
