Fishponds an Ecclesiastical Parish in Gloucestershire created in 1869 from Stapleton Ancient Parish. In 1889 the ecclesiastical boundary was altered with the creation of Eastville Ecclesiastical Parish and in 1910 with the creation of Fishponds All Saints Ecclesiastical Parish and again in 1911 with the creation of Fishponds St John Ecclesiastical Parish.

Fishponds All Saints Ecclesiastical Parish was created in 1910 from Fishponds Ecclesiastical Parish and Eastville Ecclesiastical Parish.

Fishponds St Bede Ecclesiastical Parish was created in 1929 from Fishponds St John Ecclesiastical Parish. Fishponds St Bede was abolished in 1962 and the whole transferred to Fishponds St John Ecclesiastical Parish.

Fishponds St John Ecclesiastical Parish was created in 1911 from Fishponds Ecclesiastical Parish. In 1929 the boundary was altered to created Fishponds St Bede.
