RIDING WITHOUT REINS.— Thomas Richards, farmers son, Trevaughan, parish of Aberedw, Radnorshire, was charged by Sergeant McPherson, of the Breconshire constabulary, with riding on his waggon, drawn by four horses, without reins, on the turnpike road, in the parish of Llanddewir Cwm, on Saturday, the 13th inst.—Convicted, and fined 1s. 6d., and costs, 8s 6d.
