Berwick Carmarthen Lewis Topographical Dictionary of Wales 1845

Berwick, a hamlet, in the parish of Llanelly, hundred of Carnawllon, county of Carmarthen, South Wales; containing 981 inhabitants. An ancient chapel here, now in ruins, is about to be rebuilt.
